Need Help for my upcoming GMAT test

Hello,

My name is Faiyaz. I am from Bangladesh. My exam is scheduled for 8 October. So, I have been taking preparation for the last 2 months with Official GMAT guides and the Manhattan series. After two months of studies, I have given 3 Official GMAT mock exams in conditions similar to the test center. I have scored 640 (Q41, V36), 690 (Q44, V40), and 660(Q48, V34). My performance in quant is really giving me hope of getting a good score but I believe the fluctuations in verbal is a real concern.

Can you give me a plan on how to improve under 1 month to solidify my score in quant and stabilize my score in verbal? My target is to score 720.

Also, if I take a subscription to any program, how can I make the best use of it? Will there be someone to guide me personally over video calls?

My B-school targets are Mccombs, Rotman, Johnson, Schulich. Also, I will be really grateful if someone can suggest which additional program I should be shortlisting. I want an MBA which can really help me establish myself in tech marketing (e-commerce and q-commerce).

Since you have a list of Schools that you plan to apply to, you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile and plans. Those Experts should be able to answer your Admissions questions (including the type of GMAT Score that you might "need" to be considered a competitive Applicant) and help define the specific areas of your profile that could use some improvement. Before I can offer you the specific advice that you’re looking for, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:

1) Over the last 2 months, how many hours did you typically study each week?
2) Have you used any other study materials besides the books that you listed? What “brands” of CATs/mocks have you used?
3) On what dates (or approximate dates) did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
4) When are you planning to apply to Business School?

The fact that your verbal score is fluctuating indicates that you have concept gaps or that your approaches to answering verbal questions aren't robust enough to get you to correct answers consistenty.

For example, in CR, some people eliminate every choice that uses the word "some." That method sometimes works and sometimes doesn't work. So, people who use methods like that sometimes score relatively high on verbal and sometimes score much lower.

I'm not suggesting that your methods are as hit or miss as eliminating every CR choice that uses "some," but it's quite likely that there's something about your approaches that's resulting in hit or miss performance. So, to consistently score high in verbal, you likely have to adjust how you are answering the questions.
