Fuqua and Darden are on par on the opportunities you are looking for. The decision is really down to school fit for you. Fuqua focuses on team based learning, whereas Darden focuses on case based. Another thing to consider is that Fuqua is stronger (slightly) in the South, and Darden is stronger (slightly) in the Mid-Atlantic. So if you have a slight post-MBA location preference, it may come into play here.
I wouldn’t count UNC out. UNC with 1/3 scholarship is a good option. Aside for the IB, I think your chances for PE and general management are similar at all 3 schools.
You can always talked to the school, saying that you got 1/3 scholarship from UNC, and you are on the fence, and see if the other two schools are willing to provide you with any financial assistance.
