1) This forum is overwhelmingly skewed toward information about programs in the top 30, so few people will have knowledge of the schools you mention. And you shouldn't be looking to other people for where to apply, it is through self-discovery, research, and interaction with the school that helps you narrow down programs.

2) Accelerated MBA's are typically ones that are received in less than 2 years.

3) If you are a good student and able to solidly make a case for yourself, any school can give you a scholarship.

As for the idea about transferring, most MBA programs do not allow you to transfer in from another school.

This is correct. Don't let this be your plan.
