Hi honkgirl07.

TTP has an accelerated way of going through the quant portion for people who are already close to their score goals.

That said, you may find that you would benefit from completing most of the TTP Quant Course. Going from Q48 to, say Q51 takes filling in a fair number of GMAT-specific knowledge and skill gaps.

For verbal, you could read this post that I recently completed. It covers exactly what you need to do in order to totally master GMAT verbal. How to Score High on GMAT Verbal

Also, this post includes some additional detail on training for verbal. https://gmatclub.com/forum/verbal-prep- ... 57059.html

Hi honkgirl07,

A 700/Q48 is an outstanding CAT Score - and if this is your first CAT (and you had not previously taken this Test), then you are likely a really strong overall critical thinker. If this is your only practice result so far though, then we have to be careful about assuming that it is a completely accurate assessment of your current skills (for example, you may have gotten a bit 'lucky' or 'unlucky' when you took this CAT - meaning that your actual ability level may be lower or higher than this 700). A 740+ Score requires a really high level of 'precision', so there are some details that we can look for when reviewing this CAT that can help to define how you might best approach this next phase of your studies.

Before we get into those details though, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:

1) How long have you studied in total? How many hours do you typically study each week?
2) What study materials have you used so far?
3) Is this the only CAT/mock that you've taken so far? If there were others, then on what dates (or approximate dates) did you take EACH of your CATs/mocks and how did you score on EACH (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?
4) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?

GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
Rich
