Hello everyone,
I recently took my first attempt of GMAT and scored 4 (18 %ile) in AWA. Although I used the essay template from this forum, I might have made grammatical errors on my actual essay.
I am disappointed with my score and would appreciate any info on where I can get my sample essays officially graded (or even graded by third party websites) along with feedback on my mistakes. Also, any advice on improving my essay writing will also be greatly helpful.

One thing you can do to improve your essay writing is improve your SC, CR, and RC knowledge and skills. In particular, the skills that you use in judging sentence versions in SC questions are basically the same ones you need for writing effective sentences. Also, CR skills help you to contruct better arguments, and some RC related knowledge, such as knowledge of how certain words and phrases such as "however," "in fact," and "therefore" are used will help you to write an essay that is coherent and flows well.
