Hello folks,
I took GMAT on 20th AUgust 2013 and scored 650 (Q 50/V27). I ll have to retake the exam as the score is very imbalanced.
To add some imformation I scored 700 on my last GMAT Prep attempt. I figured out a month before the exam that I need some serious work on verbal, so I took e-GMAT SC course and went through it in 10 days time. After that I was very happy to see that my accuracy on OG questions improved (from 75% to around 85 %). I was working on CR too but to no positive outcome. So, I decided to take e-GMAT CR course too(this was around 3 weeks before the exam date).I went through the entire material and but my accuracy did not improve much, only positive was that I was able to start pre-thinking, but then probably I needed more time to master it.
Now, I plan to retake, and I need some help from experts related to strategy I should adopt.
Seeing the score in my first attempt I figure that the strategy I adopted for my first attempt for Quant would be good enough, following Bunuel and solving each and every question he answers on a day to day basis.
Regarding Verbal , now my target will be nothing less than a 40 and I would say that I need to focus on all three, RC, CR, SC with same vigor. The problem is that I have already gone through the best in market (e-GMAT), so now what? I have exhasuted almost all official questions too.
I request the experts to kindly guide me through this.

Hi there,
I am also looking to improve my verbal. Congrats on the Q50 for quant! A few things I plan on doing are reading the New York Times regularly and there are also some novels that are suggested from gmatclub. Have you used the Manhattan Sentence Correction? It is very informative and many users have praised it as the Bible for sentence correction. The Manhattan RC and CR are pretty good too. They give some strategies that you can adopt and perhaps improve your verbal as well.
