Need study plan to retake

Hi
I took my first attempt on GMAT exam and scored 590 Q48 V23.
But while solving and still I am thinking that test is not all all tough,there is no question that I couldn't solve in normal condition,especially in quant.
Though I have to put some guess in between to match the timing.
Now I am feeling something stuck up in whirl of a tornado,things revolving all around,that what could have made score like this.
My test experience is not good though since start of my journey.
As the test in not in my home city,I have to travel 160 KM day before took hotel.
And guess what (Don't want to name the city) this city is not waked up till 9:30AM,so I went without breakfast for the test.
When I went at test center I found center is open but no test taker is late,On query from nearby class person that he will be late and usually we open it,you can sit in and taker will come by 10-15 min.
I checked my clock its already 10:05AM.
And with that my anxiety and frustration at another level that my test gonna start at 10:15,I traveled 160 KM,4 hour sleep,and here no test taker yet.
Somehow instead of anger I took name of god and breathing to make me calm down.
And when test taker arrive he is very ok ,I asked my test is at 10:15 and I have still with you,his answer was something that I want to share to all because I have not read it
anywhere.(His exact quote is"10:15 is for sign in and after sign you will get 210 min no matter when your test start".).
and then my test start somehow,I am trying to keep my nerve calm, and guess internet got off in between.

But point is that I never feel for any question that I don't know it or haven't something like this except some SC,and for CR I choose some question to skip for just to save time,that too in question from 12 to 27(As I have read somewhere that skip or guessing should be in between the test).

Now to the point
How to move forward.
confused confused and more confused.

to start or not,and if I would from where to start.
And guess I took gmatprep 75 free question today and guess again my accuracy of Verbal 45 question is 93 percent,in 95 min.
and quant 30 question is 86.66 percent in 55 min,


please suggest.



and yes learning is
If test in not in your home city and you need to travel,try not to drive,check hotel and city way before even to take the date, instead of day before test day.
check test center before taking test day if possible take comment form nearby if possible about test center.
And above all I understand that something is wrong with my concept or in mind that must have produced such score,who know if would have got good score, I will taking all these factor as my success story.
