Hi, I just experience the same issue. Check out my post. I will update it once I hear back.

Have you heard back yet? So you finished the test and clicked next and the screen just froze on "your question is being evaluated" right? are you still keep that tab open or closed it already?

Hopefully all the answers are recorded and we don't have to redo them all over again.

Unfortunately not yet. I will update my post as soon as I do.

Yes exactly. I could not move from that screen. I tried waiting on that screen for like an hour, no luck. I eventually closed it, and the score did not register at all. When I was on the phone with them they were hopeful that the developer could recover the lost data, but no guarantees on their side.

Yes agreed, hopefully, I can at least review the questions.

Update** Have not heard back from MBA reps but my score just appeared, and I am able to review my answers. Hopefully, you will be able to as well.

Hi guys,
I've just finished a GMAT Prep free quant test and scored Q45 but I am not sure if to consider this score seriously.
I have been studying quant for around 2 months and at the begining I was scoring below 30 on every GMAT Club CATs I took.
With this new score from an official GMAC CATs practice test I am very impressed not only by my improvement but also by the fact that I answered 30/31 questions and 14 incorrectly!!! Is it even possible to score Q45 when I didn't finish all questions and did wrong on almost half of them?
Thanks a lot in advance for your responses.

It's an adaptive test, and Q45 is 57% (percentile). So while it is good that you have improved, there is scope for improvement in your performance on the quantitative section.

Hi,

I have faced the exact same issue.

I was giving the test in the order - V,Q,IR,AWA.

Verbal went smooth. During the Quant Section, suddenly the screen read an error message - contact admin. I relaunched the exam, fortunately it got loaded, although from the 15th question (which I had already given), I should have got the 17th question. The timer had been going on it seems as instead of 34 Mins, I had 30 Min left.

After the IR section was over, instead of giving me AWA, the software again gave me IR and the entire screen froze with the dialog box- Please Wait. Its been more than 1 hour, but the screen is still frozen.

Hi dodo94,

As you can see from previous posts, the new online GMAC practice exams have been a little buggy. I would give GMAC a call to see whether they can troubleshoot the issue. If you do get in touch with them, please update us about what they tell you.

Hi Scott,

Appreciate your help here.

I did contact them through mail and a ticket has been raised for my issue, although I have still not heard from them. The maximum time mentioned in their mail to respond is 2 business days so I am hoping that by tomorrow,i.e, Tuesday, I do get to hear from them.

Will definitely share the updates with the group here. Also, it would be really great if you could reach out to the GMAC team as well.

Thanks,
Ashima

Hey,

Thanks for that quick suggestion. I just had a word with one of their customer service executives, although they have still not been able to resolve the issue at hand.

I have requested them to escalate it as a high priority because I have my exam on 4th August.
