Nope. They use the old ones. The OG and gnat prep is full of 20-year old questions

If you're asking whether GMAC has been making new questions since the introduction of the new GMAT ("Focus Edition"), then yes, they have (through contractors). This process doesn't really stop, and all GMAT test takers see some of these "experimental" questions during the test.
