or you can think of two lines interesting

x/a

and x-b

those are two lines

the slope of x/a is 1/a

and the second line is x-b

meaning the y intercept of the line is -b

now if b takes a value other than 0 then there is only one solution

Meaning the lines intersect at one point

so for many solutions the two lines have to be one on top of the other

and that is possible only when a = 1

and b=0

Well my score was 565

My DI was lower

and I made silly errors on quant

yeah you will have to work on silly mistakes , one can solve all the questions but silly mistakes keep the score low
