Hi.. I’ve just joined this group. I really want to know what are resources for gmat prep and how much should we practise daily ??
Welcome! And my recommendation for daily practice would be have at least two good hours of intensive studying. Ideally this would be early in the morning before work. Studying after work or in a bus or train is not productive for most tasks. You can still use the time for memorization or Other types of training but you want to prioritize your best time for the GMAT
In terms of resources, there are quite a few. They are a lot actually. There are books, other courses, there are questions and there are tests. I would suggest that you take a diagnostic test and get a sense of where you are in your journey and what score are you have today.
That’ll determine what do you need to focus on and potentially which resources you use. But my recommendation is don’t jump in to taking tests. Also, it’s not worth taking thousands and thousands of questions by themselves.
Finally, you need to keep track of your progress on a daily basis and make sure that the things you’ve done today and yesterday are actually working and you actually are retaining that knowledge and if you’re not, then you need to make sure you do with additional review, additional repetition, additional Changes. You may need to change how you study or what you do.
Don’t be one of those guys who studies for three months and then has zero improvement and they’re all shocked. How did that happen. All the answers simple, they were sleeping on the job and not trying to learn but only trying to cover the material. You don’t get credit for covering the material, you only get credit for learning and being able to apply it.
