There are also a few programs that take applications all the way through May and June but that’s again only for domestic applicants.
There are some European programs that also accept applications through pretty late but again, the easier it is to get in the less prestigious the program and the fewer are the employment opportunities afterwards…

Is it true that chances for admission increase if we apply in round 1 ?
