You have to target the causes and triggers for the silly mistakes

For example, if you always make a mistake when you add seven and five together and you end up with 13, that was my problem for some reason, I would do the calculation fast but then go back and see if I messed anything up. Thankfully my mistakes were unique and twice in the real GMAT I came up with an answer that wasn’t one of the options so I still didn’t quite succeed

I made a lot of changes to my test routine I noticed that I made a lot of mistakes by combining information between questions thinking that I eliminated one of the answers but that was on the previous question so I forced myself to pause for five seconds between each question and do a mental reset. Basically this will be extra effort you’ll be putting in to avoid those mistakes but with only 20 questions per section, or about, every question counts and you have to make the most out of it

Hello everyone,

I’m looking for your suggestions on the best free resources for Arithmetic and Algebra, whether it’s YouTube channels or books/PDFs. I’ve checked out a few channels already, but they haven’t covered all the topics and subtopics I need. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
If you want a really comprehensive coverage, this is the encyclopedia of GMAT Quant: ultimate-gmat-quantitative-preparation-guide-244512.html

The GMAT Club Math Book is a little more concise: gmat-math-book-in-downloadable-pdf-format-130609.html#p1073182

Also, I think there are pdf floating around on the Internet for Manhattan Prep’s 6th Edition guides. They have one book dedicated to Arithmetic, and one for algebra.

I’m planning to take my GMAT exam around 20-25 December to apply to Oxford by 7th of January but the issue is the gmat results takes 3-5 days but I see some people might take them more.. is that true??

You’ll get your official score in 1-2 days and unofficial just after the test.

I am starting my Gmat prep, i have a target above 705 in 6 month. I have checked two options for Prep. one is Egmat 6M=30k, TTP 6M=60k. Members kindly provide insights from your exp what makes TTP for this 200% price. Does it really worth or Some other Portal from your exprience that can help to build good foundations with structured learning.

A. If we want not to ruin our mock 5&6. We shouldn't practice questions from GMAT focus prep?
Or
B. mock 5&6 questions will get changed with new questions after some days or months?

Which of the above is correct?
