Hey Nums99 - It varies as per the test location but i have heard that they are providing it. I would suggest you to just call up the centre or email them your query

Most Test Centers offer some type of 'noise blockers' to Test Takers (either headphones or ear plugs, but typically not both). Logro brings up a good suggestion - you should call the Test Facility directly and ask which option is provided at that specific location.
