Non French speaker.

HEC Montreal, for me, is an attractive choice due to the low tuition fees, and good employment stats, but the thing I am most worried about is the french aspect related to Montreal. I have started learning French on Duolingo and will continue to do so, but don't know whether I will be good enough after my MBA is completed, I have researched that it is almost impossible to get a job after MBA if you don't speak French, so is it viable to do Mba from Concordia or HEC if you are an English speaker.

Kudos
I have my doubts about the same thing. You can talk to alums & some other people from business schools in Montreal, they might be able to get some real answers.
I was told it's an advantage to learn French, but not a necessity (Only true for certain fields). Many people move to Toronto as well

About moving to Toronto, many admits and even on quora, and reddit everyone seems to suggest that choosing your uni location is detrimental in canada as it is most likely that you will get a job in that area. I am from India, and in India the scenerio is totally different only the uni matters not its location. So, if you know more about the moving part, please share.

The statistic (Don't quote me on this!) is around 50% who leave Montreal after MBA 50% find jobs directly in Montreal. My advice would be to just talk to some alums who are in Toronto. You can find them easily on LinkedIn & pretty much everyone is helpful & they'd be able to guide you in a much better manner than I. & DOn't limit yourself to just people from HEC. You can also talk to people from JMSB, they're also facing almost the same things that HEC guys would be facing.

Learning french is a good idea if studying in montreal. I have reached out to some HEC alumni at linkedin and they all agree that french will give added advantage during course. One of the alumni even told that he was unable to participate in job fairs as french was spoken at all the local events.
