I have a client doing the part-time program at Kellogg who had 620 I believe, however he did have a pretty strong work background and we submitted an amazing application if I do say so myself. So I don't think that's typical but I do think 660 would get the job done if you had at least an above-average application showing.
The threshold for breaking through in the PT program for Kellogg is lower than the FT program that said as stated above it will largely depend on your work experience as this tends to be one the most important criteria when assessing candidates for PT admission. If you have great work experience with strong leadership / teamwork you should be in play with this score.
