Hello guys,
There is a difference between my name on passport and the name on my mba com profile. I sent a mail to asiapac customer care on last Saturday. I did not get any reply after 3 days. So I called the customer care and raised an incident. The dude on the phone asked me to send a scanned copy of my passport and I mailed it to the id he had given. Next day I called again for the status. He told me they did not receive any mails from me!!! I sent it again from my rediff id and then gmail id. I ccd some other id and I received the mail but they did not!!!. I called American customer care and they told me that they did not receive any mails from me. I sent different formats of my documents(image,pdf etc) to different ids. They still did not receive it. The customer care dude sent me a test mail and I replied on that mail and they still did not receive my mail. Just 3 days to go for my exam. If they do not change my profile name I will not be able to take the exam. Please help.Thanks in advance.

Hi devikeerthan,
If these technical support options don't seem to be working, you might try visiting the Testing Center and dealing with someone in person. There's no way to know if that person will necessarily be able to help you directly, but they might be able to contact someone who can.
