They can get you to an NGO, but you also need to make sure that the NGO’s that recruit there also hire international candidates - as a more experienced candidate you have the burden of really showing employability in your application
Any piece of advice on how to overcome this?

Thats impressive! make sure this is highlighted in your resume and in essays. Connect how this experience + MBA will get you to that front office
Do you think it’s worth to give ISB and other colleges a shot with current GMAT score in Round 2?

Best case is connecting to somone that made to one of these NGOs from the schools you are targeting, try to align your trajectory with theirs (if this person can do it, so can I); you need to write a convincing narrative that shows you are resourceful, go above and beyond to accomplish your goals and that you will use resources beyond just the business school - networks, organizations, any connections

I do think you can give it a shot! In chats with ISB, the app numbers haven’t increased as dramatically as initially projected with Indians avoiding US/UK programs. Again, use these big accomplishments to stand out and make up for average GMAT.

Hello ,

Need some realistic view if I can still do MIM from universties like HEC , INSEAD or ESCP.
I’m concerned about my non-mgmt background, avg CGPA, 4 year work experience. Profile below-

Bachelor of Tech. - Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
NIT Trichy, India, 2021
CGPA - 7.5/10
GMAT 655

Work experience -
4 years project engineer @ Wipro Technologies
Automation testing,
led minor initiatives and got some appreciations.

6 month blended Product management professional program from IIT Roorkee.

Worked part time for a small startup in product analyst role.

Held minor PORs during college .

Hi - Yes! You have strong academics, great career fit for MiM with some leadership, but not too much for their requirements, well rounded experience - strong profile for these programs

MBA Adcoms can be open to 10 years exp, but there are also full-time senior MBA programs - that have curriculum tailored to more experience and career pivots - look at this one at NTU - https://www.ntu.edu.sg/business/admissi ... -overview#:

More options for full-time senior EMBA programs can be found here -
