For Verbal, I’d suggest going through this article and breaking down your attempts step by step the way it outlines. It made a big difference for me after trying a bunch of resources. I realized I was wasting time rereading parts and mismanaging pacing -

In early practice, try jotting down only the key metrics or takeaways so you can tell whether you’re catching what matters. You don’t need to memorize the content since you can always come back to the tabs. Focus on understanding what each chart or table is showing, how the pieces connect, and what happened in what sequence. After each set, note what surprised you and why you missed it, then adjust your scanning approach next time. Over a few runs, your data reading will get faster and cleaner. MSR is different from RC. In RC you want to retain the passage flow and detail. In MSR you mainly want to remember where each piece of info lives.

Took my second official pratice exam and got a 675 (Q87, V81, DI 82). For context i took my first practice exam on 10th October 2025 and got a 585 (Q79, V81, DI77) and I am planning to take my GMAT exam in 2 months. Score might be a little inflated because 1-2 Qs i had already solved in Gmatclub came up at the exam. Prep so far has to been only the Manhattan Prep guide books and the Gmatclub question bank, and yet to touch the OG Guides.
Query is that i want to keep improving my score further as i have been told it is common to plateau or even dip in score from this point onward. How do i ensure that I keep improving my score? Also, what would be the most effective way to use the OG guides going forward?
My biggest issue is Verbal so far, and one of the major reasons i feel is that I am not properly able to articulate the mistakes i am making in CR & RC. In Quant, i can figure out the exact point in the equation where i go wrong, and i am able to write it down in my error log and work on it, but i am not able to employ this method in Verbal whatsoever.
In DI section, MSR is proving too tough for me as well. Any ideas how to master MSR effectively? I often find myself overwhelmed with the shear amount of data. DS is also a bit of a menace, as I find myself to be quite complacent while solving, and havent quite figured out to iron that out properly.
