Yes, the new Official Guides for the GMAT are out. I ordered the Kindle edition, which became available early, and found them to be identical to the existing OG 13 and OG Quant Review. The only difference is that with these new guides GMAC provides access to the Official Guide questions in an online format, where one can practice with them based on difficulty and can also select a set number of problems.

I just want to vouch for Dabral and GMATQuantum. His explanations to these questions are absolutely fantastic. They have helped mold my thinking and approach to the GMAT quant section, without them I would not have scored 700+ on the real exam. More people need to know about this website.
I have also paid for his actual course and it is well worth the money. One of the best things about the paid version is that he categorizes all of the questions in the GMAT Prep software by topic which helps me with targeted practice.
