I would like your opinion if purchasing the Exam Prep GMAT Official Practice Questions is worthy, if the 404 questions are different or overlap with the OGs and Exam Packs 3-6.

Yes. It has good questions, although you'll find questions with different difficulty levels (easy/medium/hard). There is no overlap with any other official product currently on the market (including practice tests 1-6).
