There we have it. You're looking at quant questions. I'm not a quant expert, but here are some things you may want to consider:
1. GMAT quant used to be much, much easier in the past (decades ago).
2. GMAC doesn't recategorise question difficulty (this is done during
question development), so it's possible that the difficulty level of that question has shifted over time. The question you linked to, in particular, seems to be an old question (it's tagged "GMAT Paper Tests", which are really, really old).
3. GMAT club members may be generally better at quant than the average test taker. They could be more motivated, and many of them could be from countries like India, where many test takers are very good at quant.
I'd be interested in knowing whether you've observed a similar trend in verbal questions.
