Can anyone explain the flaw in option C ?
(C) is somewhat wordy and has colloquial wording that doesn't convey the meaning as well as the wording of (E). This question doesn't work in quite the way an official SC question would work, but (E) is clearly better than (C) because (E) is much more concise and at the same time more effectively conveys the point to be made.
