I have a couple of questions and wondered if anyone has any feedback or is in a similar situation...
I interviewed back in September during the open-interview period on campus. I ended up not applying until the January 15th deadline because I had to re-take the GMAT to improve my score.
Anyway, one question I have is, how does UNC know to pair my interview from September with my application that I submitted in January? And secondly, assuming that my application has been paired with my interview, is it normal to not have heard anything at all? Will all application decisions be posted on March 15th or is it possible to hear yay or nay before then?
Thanks!

I think you should reach out to the Adcom and make sure they map your interview assessment to the applications. Can't say much about the result before 3/15 but hey Good Luck with everything!!

You will get the decision on the 15th of March itself. You might get a phone call a day or two before if you are admitted.
Regarding attaching your interview to the applicaiton. I think they should be able to do it. That is what open interview is for. So that you can interview without invite and even before submitting your application.
Still to remove any doubts, you can write to the ADCOM citing the details of your interview.
