D is structurally ok, but changes the meaning.
in the text it is said that these foods were the 1st that grew in that places. but in D it is said, that these foods first grew in that places (then in other ones)

At wrongly indicating place, where the agriculturals were produced. But the sentence telling who (indigenous people) produced first.
