Hello,
Full ride to each school. I am fortunate enough to have a post-MBA job lined up, so this decision seems to be a network and quality of life decision.
Which school would you chose and why?

Congratulations on these admits and that too on full ride!
I am a current Owen student and while I can't comment a lot on Mendoza and KF, I can share more details about Owen.
1. Check for rankings. I believe currently it's UNC>Owen>Mendoza.
2. Specifically about Owen:
- Smaller batch size (~150) which makes the student experience with career management center, professors and in the school activities more personalized. I can also vouch on the community. Very close to each other and collaborative.
- It's leadership development program (LDP) through which you get one-on-one leadership coaching from highky experienced industry leaders who usually coach C-suites and Director,VP level professionals. Not sure whether the other two schools have such programs.
- Owen's strong resources in human capital side of the business. For MBA, while subjects like marketing, ops, strategy, etc are important. But managing business is more about managing people. And Owen has amazing resources in terms of electives such as Managerial and Organizational Effectiveness, Leading Teams and Organizations, etc (check website) and clubs such as Human and Organizational Performance Association (HOPA). To me learning about human capital side of the business is more important.
Again, I am not sure about where the other schools stand for the above. But definitely talk to current students to understand the school culture and specifically ask about the things that matter to you the most.

I would probably pick UNC just as it is a bigger program so more resources, more diversity, and bigger network.
I know Mendoza has a stronger and more refined Undergrad but that does not necessarily translate into an MBA network.
Nashville is a funner (and more expensive) place to live in and qualify of life would probably be better.
P.S. I know you did not ask this question but the main challenge for you in bschool will be staying focused and motivated. It is a lot of work and hassle and failures so it is easy to start cutting corners. It does not matter which program you pick frankly, this is a risk present everywhere...
