hi freinds...

can you help me i deciding what are my chances to get into SAID ....

profile :

done my graduation
then went into infosys for 6 months
then into other software firm for 1 year...
then into a financial firm for 6 months was not succesful there
so back to the previous software firm

in all a total xp of 3.5 years by the time of application
intrested to get into finance ..want to start my own trading firm.... after mba :)

Score : 710

can anyone guide me ...plss... :)

gmat2ndtime - it looks like you have a strong package if not unique in its own way. In my unfounded opinion, I think you'll need to address your job changes and how this has enabled you to grow as a professional. Seeking ways to distinguish yourself beyond the standard metrics and allow yourself to self-assess yourself will go a long way to helping you gain admissions at Oxford. Hope this helps!

I gather that quite a few of the fellow GMAT clubbers are at SBS!
How do all of you view the current recruitment/placement scenario? Do you think the situation will improve/worsen at the end of September 2008?
