How important is the Kira interview ? I was very nervous and I think it was obvious but I managed to give some good points for the question albeit not in the most eloquent way. I did relatively well for the written question

It is a component but its not a decision factor, unless you do very poorly. A bit of nervousness, different accents from around the world etc is ok. You seem to have done fine - don't worry about this.
