When Neeraj first reached out to me (prior to his GMAT), I found his profile interesting: a good mix of Operations and HR Consulting experiences across India and the UAE. He was focused on the Top EU/ UK MBA programs, with post-MBA goals in strategy consulting. We decided to reconnect after his GMAT, and a few weeks later, we did.

To start with, our robust 'StreetMap Questionnaire' helped crystallize Neeraj's professional/ personal experiences and career-goals, guiding our discussions to prioritize target B-schools.

Through a mix of brainstorming sessions and iterative incremental feedback, which Neeraj actively sought and acted on, we were able to identify high-impact anecdotes for the essays and interviews. His insights on the consulting industry (being a HR consultant himself) also gave us interesting pointers to craft a solid narrative tailored to the specific B-schools.

Seven months ago, our first conversation centered around Neeraj's goal of getting into a top EU/ UK B-school. I'm indeed glad that our journey has resulted in admits from not just one, but two of the most selective MBA programs: HEC Paris MBA and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
