Hi All,
Am trying to make a choice between Oxford MBA and Cambridge MBA...and am very confused
Is anyone else facing the same dilemma? Please share your thoughts/insights 
... my research so far isn't helping much...
A) FT rankings are confusing - Cambridge used to be better than Oxford until 2018, but in 2019 Oxford = rank#13 & Cambridge = rank#16. Also, Cambridge's rankings have been following a decreasing trend as opposed to increasing trend for Oxford. However, if I look at avg. rank of last 3 or 5 years, Cambridge ranks better than Oxford.
B) Career reports aren't helping much either - both colleges seems to have very similar placement profiles. Although Oxford's data is outdated (2016-17) and Cambridge's is latest (2018-19)
C) The limited alumni contacts that I could find seem to love their own colleges and don't know much about the other.
To give some background about myself:
I am an Assco. Prod. Mgnr. with 8 years of Work-ex building technology solutions for consulting companies. The natural career growth for me post-MBA would be in Technology sector, but I haven't frozen on the industry yet. Am open to exploring my options during MBA. My primary aim is career progression (hopefully into senior mgmt. of organizations) and a Great Global brand on my resume...
Any help or suggestions about how to make this choice are much appreciated...plzzz share thoughts

First congrats on being admitted to the one of the oldest universities and most respected in Europe/UK.
It is very hard to distinguish between them, if there is not specific specialization that one have serious advantage over another (for instance Oxford in Quantitative Finance with Oxford Man institute), which often is not the case.
In that sense, question is similar to is Mercedes better or BMW, or do you like more Liverpool or Man United.
I prefer Mercedes
, probably Liverpool over Man UTD and also Oxford over Cambridge. Top Universities rankings also agrees with FT, Oxford Said is 12. globally (5. in Europe) and Judge is 21. (9. in Europe) :

I would go with recent trends in rankings and pick Oxford...then again I would pick Mercedes also (before BMW or Audi)
What I was trying to say is that we are speaking about nuances here and maybe some personal preference in terms how we perceive established brands, which Oxford and Cambridge indeed are.
That would explain why alumni love their own colleges/choice and don't know/care much about the other, it is like you pick a team and then you stick to it
What is crucially important here is that they (alumni) are happy with their choice and you will be also, which sums all gist of need to compare them and answers your question/dilemma on spot.
Furthermore, in all university overall rankings, Oxford is above Cambridge :

Is there a material difference in cost?
Have you asked others in your field if they have a preference?
Have you visited either one? Did you enjoy the people at one more than another?
Does one have a more flexible schedule of electives for you to use in building more of your degree (I think this is a very very underrated point of differentiation between schools)?
