Calling all USC Marshall MBA Applicants: (2017 Intake) Class of 2019!!

Hey everyone. I am a re-applicant. They admitted me to the PM program class of 2019 but I am going for full-time this year. My goals align better with the full-time program.
As of 7/22 the application for 2017 had not been opened. I'll reply once I see it is open. Feel free to reply if you see it open before anyone on here

The USC Fall 2017 application essay questions are available. There's also a couple great updates to this year's application. From the official "Requirements" page:

1. USC neither requires nor accepts letters of recommendation as part of their admissions process.
2. USC accepts e-transcripts from your colleges.

Essay #1 (Required) – What is your specific, immediate short-term career goal upon completion of your MBA? Please include an intended position, function, and industry in your response. (word limit: 100)
Essay #2 (Required) – At Marshall, we take pride in the fact that our students work collaboratively, both inside and outside the classroom, to create a culture, a community, and an environment that truly defines what we call the Trojan Family. Please describe the contributions you expect to make to your classmates during your time at USC. How will they benefit from your presence in the program? (word limit: 500)
Essay #3 (Optional) – Please provide any additional information that will enhance our understanding of your candidacy for the program. (word limit: 250)

My application only allows me to apply for 2016 still. Are you sure the new one is available?

You are correct I tried to create a new profile and it's still last year's.
I am editing that post to include only the essay questions. I will update the forum when the application for fall 2017 is open.

How are those essays coming along? Anyone been able to visit campus yet?

I have started the essays! I am focussing on my diversity and the connections i have made thus far.
talked to around 7 USC grads . trying to showcase the entire thing!

Essays are "on paper" just continuing with edits to iron everything out. Tried to be concise and straight forward with the first one and tell a story with the second.

I do not believe class visits begin until October but I am scheduling a phone call with a current student next week as I have a few questions I would like to ask someone in the program.

Guys, I request everyone to add USC Marshall MBA program to your MBA timeline so that the applicant stats displayed in the first post reflect true picture of admissions. While adding the program, MAKE SURE you are setting it for graduation year i.e. 'Class of 2019'.

USC is hosting its annual Diversity Weekend on Nov. 11-12, 2016.
These events are a great way to hear about the school's focus on diversity and inclusion. I made quite a few connections at these events last year. I am still in contact with many of them on GroupMe and https://gmatclub.com/chat. I always have a place to stay or someone to grab a drink if I visit the schools my peers were accepted to.
Be sure to check out my blog post about the format and what the experience brings. I am excited for the Trojan diversity experience. LA is not a bad place to visit for the weekend

Anyone here considering the 1-YR IBEAR MBA Program at USC Marshall?

Did anyone else get this e-mail today saying "The deadline for our 1st round of applications is this Friday!"

It's actually on Saturday the 15th, isn't it?

What TIME is the deadline for the app? 11:59 pm PT?

Can any Indian applicant tell me what we are supposed to fill in the "high school degree" section? 12th Marks? If yes, I don't think we receive the transcripts for the same here?
