Just completed submitting my application now. Fingers crossed now. Marshall is all I have been dreaming for the last two months.
By the way, last month I received a fee waiver on their application. What does that mean?? Like I am a target candidate is it?? Did anyone else receive it??

Not everyone gets it. Only the ones who have attended the MBA Tours/QS MBA Tours get it. If you haven't attended and yet got one, you're probably in their good eyes.

I submitted my application on 6th Dec'16 and received the invite on 9th Jan'16.
GMAT score : 700 (Q50, V34)
Work Experience: 49 Months
Current Industry : Automotive Manufacturing

I would be sending my official transcripts through blue dart. Is it necessary that they should be in a sealed envelop from the respective Institution granting the degree?
