Many, who had interviews from early Feb to early March have started to hear back, but it still is random. But in next week or so, if you (and even I) are admitted, I think, we should hear back.
Given the early intimation of the admit decision, I'd assume that IF I didn't hear back by March 24th, most likely a ding / waitlist.
But you have interviewed only on March 3rd, I'd say give them some time - about a week more.
