Yes, it's the 15th. It was probably a mistake on the adcom's part. Here is the link to the official source:

Any of you had undergraduate course term as annual (yearly exam basis) ? DU course term is annual, so what should I fill in undergraduate? There is no option for annual.. only trimester, semester and quarter..
any idea?

You should use the semester system to report your grades. It's probably the closest match.

Same here. It's weird. We should send emails to them to report this issue. It's technically still within round 1 deadline now.

I downloaded my transcript report from them and e-mailed it in earlier today along with a screenshot of the site not allowing me to submit or pay. I noticed on my transcript their application site is set to EST, so maybe that has something to do with it.
