Hey everyone,
I am looking to take my GMAT (online) this Saturday. I paid the test fee 8 days ago and chose my desired slot using the booking platform. However, multiple days go by, and I still have not received my confirmation email from GMAC.
Then, a few days ago, I got an email from "Talview" (GMAC's software provider for slot booking and proctoring) saying that the test fee had been received. However, according to them, my meeting status is marked as "Draft" and no slot has been confirmed. I responded immediately and provided the details of my desired slot. They said that I should receive my confirmation email soon, but I have not heard back from them in a week.
Since my desired exam date is this Saturday, I am really worried that I will not get the confirmation in time. I have tried reaching out to Talview again, but so far no response.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, was the issue eventually resolved?
Any help or input would be much appreciated. Thanks!
