good Q and the answer is 0.46

(1) says x=0.4545 to 0.4549 or 0.4551 to 0.4554
(2) confirms that its 0.**5*

combining we get, x could be any of 4 numbers, 0.4551 to 0.4554

hence x when rounded to nearest hundredth is 0.46(OA-C)
