I didn’t get it.

92 copies - 5 houses*3 nps = 77 copies left
77 copies - 50 (not B) = 27 left

18 houses got either A&B or B&C or A&C ???

Also 18 houses got 36 copies, while we have only 27 undermined left.

———————————————————-
Oh, wait.

Only B. If 18 houses mean 18 copies, then ok. It leads to 27-18=9 (np B)

(1) Since 50 households receive A and C newspapers, they cannot be B exclusive, hence "Not B exclusive" is 50, but we do not know the total volume of all newspapers. NOT SUFFICIENT
(2) Gives us the total volume of all newspapers (92) and the overlap of A,B,C but not how much is in B or C total. NOT SUFFICIENT

Combining both gives us:

- 92 newspapers in total
- Of which 50 are "not B exclusive"
- Hence 92-50 = 42 = B exclusive households.

Am i correct or am I missing something?
They asked Houses that "only receive Newspaper B". There are houses also "18" & "5" respectively which collects any of 2 and all 3 news paper. So, those houses are also out of the criteria of " only B ".

The answer should be : [92-(5+50+18)] = 19 houses.

Hmm to the best of my understanding, if houses collect more than one newspaper, they do not count towards only B. Hence i think you are mistaken.
