Texas has a large number of venues specifically devoted to country music.
The option helps understand ‘Texas has 63 country music as compared to less than 20 in each of remaining Genres.’
. Does explain.
In general, Minnesota's concertgoers prefer rock music to jazz.
But the information in the table is opposite. More concertgoers preferring rock music to jazz should have resulted in more venues for rock music.
Does not explain.

The most famous classical violinist in the country comes from Florida
If the most famous classical violinist in the country comes from Florida, then may be there should have been more number of venues for classic in that location as compared to the number in other cities.
Does not explain the lower number in Florida again.

What do they mean by "percentage"? If those are percentages, then wouldn't it be necessary to know the total number of venues per state? Also, the sum per state is not a 100%

Hi, each venue could have more than one type of musical genre performances.
Because of these overlaps, the total can go above 100%.

I'm also having same doubt...since it is given in percentage, how would it be possible to get the number of venues

The percentage given for Texas-country music was 63. Question mentions large, but not highest number. So how does the info explain this?

Say there are only 100 venues in Texas and 63 are for country music.
Say there are 1000 venues instead, implying that 630 are for country music.

Which of these would explain or indicate that there are large number of venues?

large is a relative term that adapts to the data at hand. The question is asking you to decide whether the explanation, if true, could explain the data, which it does.
