We have to select 6 people from 5 men and 5 women.
One particular man is always included, so 5 more people have to be selected from remaining 9.
One particular woman is always included, so we have to now select these remaining 5 people from 8 people (excluding that woman from the total choices).
Thus selecting 5 from 8 = 8C5 = 8!/(5!3!) = 56.
Hence B answer
