An increasing number of top MBA programs are offering current undergraduate students the opportunity to apply for an MBA while in college. These MBA early admission and deferral programs allow students to secure an acceptance during their senior year and then begin business school after at least 2 years of work experience (Yale SOM allows students to study right after school, then work for a year and then come back to finish the MBA). While Harvard Business School’s 2+2 is one of the most well-known MBA deferral programs, many top business schools including Stanford GSB, MIT Sloan, Yale SOM, Wharton, Chicago Booth, and UVA Darden have their own offerings.
