I have been looking for the same thing - business Phd ranking- except for MIS concentration.
and the only source I found is US News rankings on MBA Specialties. Although the ranking is for MBA programs, you can use it to assess departments strength in particular area. In addition, you can look at the research productivity of the targeted department, since Phd degree is all about research.


but I believe specialities ranking does not matter even for Phds, so always go for the bigger name schools.
