Below is my profile
1. Indian Male
2. Computer Engineer from a non-IIT College with decent grades
3. Working in a Healthcare based IT company (Fortune 50 MNC) in Data Warehousing as a Business Analyst.
4. Total experience of 4 years.
GMAT Score- 720
Verbal - 39
Quant - 50
AWA- 4.5 (it’s a bit low, & can potentially create problems)
Extracurricular
1. Sports Captain in School
2. Played Table Tennis till State Level.
3. Was in-charge of my college’s cultural Festival
4. Part of the committee that organizes all the employee engagement activities in college.
Professional Accomplishments
1. SME on top Healthcare Insurance products at office.
2. Aligned with most critical clients, which are the top employers in US.
3. I have lead teams during joint Client Projects
4. Mentor new joiners in my team & work on their development & training plans
5. Contributed a lot ideas towards process & system improvement, leading to significant dollar saving & quality improvement.
Post MBA Goals-
I aim to work within the Healthcare Industry in US in the field of Business analytics (preferably marketing analytics). My goals seem to be well supported by my experience in IT, specifically in data analytics, & my experience in the Healthcare Industry.

Hello there dude!
That's a lot of universities to apply to on your list! But I like that. If you can make so many applications, it can only help you. I also feel that your auto-evalaution is pretty spot on. And the schools are basically about as challenging as you have evaluated.
I really wouldn't worry about the AMA, I mean yeah, it's not high, but it's not 2! And the regular score is just far far more important than the AMA, and thankfully the regular score is pretty great!
As you apply since your goals are to move into the healthcare part of healthcare, I'd definitely suggest you de-emphasize the IT stuff and emphasize the industry stuff from your past experience as you apply, since it leads most naturally to your goals.
Otherwise, things are looking good!
