Hi, and thanks for writing! The schools you've mentioned are extremely competitive, and even more so for Indian applicants, so as a start I'd definitely retake the GMAT and aim for a 740+. Are you involved in any post-collegiate extracurriculars? While college involvement is taken into consideration (high school is not) it would benefit your applicaton if you show more recent passions outside of work. Aside from that, you want to articulate in your applications very clearly what drives your career goals (not just what they are) and why each program is a good fit for you based on its culture and specific resources.
