Hello there. I am starting my GMAT prep and at present I have only 3 books with me. I have the Manhattan Foundations of Math, Verbal and the GMAT official guide. I was wondering how do I approach all these books? Note -I do not want to take the diagnostic test right now because my foundations are very weak and I'm pretty sure my score isn't going to be even remotely decent to top of. Thus I decided to get my hands on the Manhattan foundation books so I can work on the basics first.
I would really like some guidance on the following -
1. How do I approach all the 3 books that I have ?
2. What additional books would help me in my practise?
3. How much time do I need to spend on each of the 3 books before I can move on to the other books?
I have about 3 months of prep time before I write the exam. Please do share your thoughts.

I think it'd be helpful to take a diagnostic to see where you are, even if you do think that you are weak. You might surprise yourself, and it's helpful to understand how much work you'll have to put in to get to your desired score.
After my first CAT, I went through all of my wrong answers and mapped them to the question type & difficulty based on the question banks on this forum.
From there, I paid attention to foundational math while taking extra care in the areas I was particularly weak in.
