It's hard to say without knowing more about you -- your work experience & the quantitative results you've driven there, your leadership & extracurriculars, your LORs, your undergrad GPA & your post-MBA goals will all be important factors in the strength of your candidacy as well & may be enough to outweigh the GMAT. At this point if you've taken it 5 times it sounds like you've done the best you can & your time & energy may be best spent at this point just making sure the rest of your application is as strong as possible. Top 10 is going to be quite tough with that score but again it all depends. You'll have a stronger shot at schools in the 11-20 range but will still need to be sure all those other components of your app are rock solid. At the end of the day b-schools do use the GMAT to compare candidates & gauge whether or not you are up for the rigors of your school, but we've seen plenty of people get in with below average GMATs. These applications are an art form after all!
