The teacher in schools are the artists and our kids is a whiet paper. The teachers have the ability to teach and educate our children. For doing so, they can be inspired or bored. That is way, teachers' salary should be based on their stdents' academic preformance.
If the teachers will know they are beeing paid by their students' academic preformance they will have high motivation to give their studant the best skill of seccses which is knwolage.
For instance, Alfrad, a 7th grade Math teacher in Yaarit High-School, have a wife, 3 kids and a dog. Alfard know he is being paid by his students seccses in college, therfor every week he can teach his students extra hours in order to give them the most of his knwolege as well as learning and remembering skills.
Another benefit is keeping the good teachers in school. For example, most of Alfrad's students, have poorly grades in college. In this case, Alfrad salary is vary low and in order to be able bringing a disent sallary to home, he must find a new job. This salary's system will keep the good teachers whill the bed ones woun't have a choise and they will have to look for a diffent job.
But, this way of paiying can make the teachers ignor the low students and teach only the smart ones. Let us go back to Alferd, Alfred can say to himself "Jon has no futur, he won't have good gardes in college and he is a waist to my time. But Debi, she will have good grades - I should focus on her". This is defenetly not the outcome that we as a society, wants from our schools and teachers.
