long term goal: likely continue in finance of consulting - have a flair for quant/data and interested in quantitative finance+ machine learning - not sure if i really want to learn hardcore coding - want to relocate to US or other developed country

Considering your age and experience, top US schools might be challenging. I recommend you to do some research on which region or country do you want to settle in and list countries where you can settle. While you do this shortlisting, think whether you would like to settle in respective country after MBA or you are planning to come back to your country after MBA as work authorization requirements post MBA are different in every region.
