IMO E.

The rest of the choices are not relevant to what is discussed in the passage.

B is close. But it is not right because good listening skills and eye contact are necessary conditions for good evaluations, BUT NOT SUFFICIENT conditions. Hence E is correct

Straight E Option........There are two prerequisites for professors for getting a good evaluation - 1) Good listening skills and 2) Eye Contact with the students....Only E fits in
