Hi,
I need help regarding my mba admissions. I am targeting US universities.
GMAT Score - 680
Work-ex- 38 months.
CGPA - 7.63/10
Education - B.Tech (IT)
Age-25
Indian
1. I have been working with Government company in planning and management department.
2. I have experience of self startup.
3. I have been continuously involved in family business.
Please assist me in finding the right set of universities i could target and future mba options based on my profile.
P.S. Resume attached.

Hello Vidit,
So first of all it is a bit hard to give a full on eval cause I am missing too much info. Your resume may be fine to get you your next tech job, but it is way way way way way too techie for an MBA. All the programming and tech acheivements need to go, and to be replaced by things like presentations, training, leadership, teamwork, negotiations, and so on. All this stuff is very relevant to an MBA program.
Secondly, you need to add more info both about your startup and your family business. How much time you spent on it, what you did, what accomplishments you have, the size of the business and industry, and so on. Also missing is some selection and detail in your extra curricualrs, and some info about your volunteer work.
If you can give me some more info about all of the above, I can give you a real profile evaluation.
