->The above picture is possible. 20 applicant by the third interviewer avoid intersection and can be divided by each 10 for the first interviewer and the other 10 for the second interviewer respectively. Hence, 3 intersections is at least 0, which makes A the answer.

For me answer is coming out to be 5.
Explanation:

1)Maximum nos. of selection means maximum intersection (common numbers) of three interviewers, which cannot be more than 15 (i.e. minimum nos. recommended by any interviewer), when all 15 candidates will be commonly recommended by all interviewers.

2) For minimum nos. of selection, intersection nos. should be minimum.
